You can also make smoothies and milkshakes if you don’t want to eat the fruit as it is. Just put some fruits and milk into your blender and there you have a healthy and filling snack. - Keep the leftovers in clean, closed containers.
- Freeze the leftovers and use within 3-5 days.

- Always wash your hands with warm soapy water before handling food and after using the bathroom.
